Not good apartments
These apartments are not worth the price. I lived here for a year and had problems with my Windows. My electricity bill was close to $300.00 in the winter. The party room gets closed down at 6pm and the remotes and pool balls get taken away at that time so you really cant enjoy the room.

Not worth the rent!
Windows leak in the Winter $300 a month heating bills.
The Pool its now July the pool in lime green, cant use it been like that over a week.
Tenants have 25-30 "Guest" at pool so people that live here are pushed out.
New Owners fired the Maintanance crew that cared about fixing things, Example today
someone is out there pushing around slime in pool NOT cleaning it.
Tenants complain, nothing done! The NOISE at the pool is now out of control you complain they "talk" to guest as in "hows the day" to make it look as if there doing something. The trains you get used too however they do shake the building.
Bottom line when it 1st open they cared, now its falling apart smokers smoke out side thats fine, however getting someone to clean up the "butts" is a constant battle. Maintanance team is lazy nothing extra but come rent time if your a day late there putting notes on your door "pay or they will kick you out" my wife and I travel for work at times we pay the 2nd or 3rd 2 times we had nasty notes on door! Bottom line you can find something cheaper, with better windows and more caring staff/owners!
