Manager made living at the apartment a terrible experience. Internet died often and she would simply just say everything was fine on her end. It once died for 5 days and although I complained to her the case, she said "no it's only been out for a day". It's a real pain to deal with. She's also very hard to approach with her grumpy attitude and basically yells at you for making a complaint.
