The management at this building is atrocious. The building was not completed in August, and so I was told the rent for August would be "free" and I would be placed somewhere else until my apartment was finished. I was shocked to be told that I had to pay rent for August because District Flats "accommodated" me by placing me somewhere else (even though my apartment was not done when it was supposed to be done). My Mother tried to speak to the manager, but she hung up on her. Then, I was told either I pay the disputed rent, or I would be evicted.
