We have lived hee a year. We chose this place after looking at several in the Indep., Lee's Summit area. Mainly due to the open, well kept apartmets and the open spaces and ample parking outside. The staff seems to be responsive to fixing any maint. issues within hours.
I was hesitant to move into a retail/business area, but find that we really like being close to so many stores and entertainment venues.
