The townhouse is nice but the office staff and management, specifically Brandi Morris, are very poor. I have lived here several years. Each year with my lease I am told if I sign I will get my carpets cleaned/walls painted, or some other upgrade. It has yet to happen. Also, there is a big problem with tenants not parking in their driveways and garages but parking in the street. The streets are narrow and this causes problems getting in and out of the driveway. Also, we currently have a tenant who parks in front of the mailboxes and the result is we don't get our mail regularly. Management has been informed but does not deal with the issue. Overall management is non-responsive to any issue, major or minor. I called maintenance once because I had a leak. He would not come because he wanted to watch a ball game. Unfortunately I just can't recommend this complex at all. The owners, Tom and Brandi Morris want their rent every month but refuse to do any upkeep address any issues.
