The Management is superb and maintenance is not a problem and if you like the sounds of barking dogs then this is the place for you. They do so much that is right but it all falls to the wayside with the over population of dogs. 70% of the dog owners are responsible but the other 30% make Golden Pond more like Golden Pound.
