We moved into a St.Louis location in August and the service has been terrible ever since we moved in. No one calls or comes out to fix the issues until you throw a fit. I don't know if it's just the property managers in St.Louis or what. I would not recommend them. We've had the sewer in the basement back-up since yesterday and I have tired calling, opening service requests and not one person has been in contact we me. This is the third time they have done this in 6 months.
