Overall, this was a positive experience, even though they did not have any apartments available. The landscaping was beautiful and up-to-date. I felt that the leasing agents were genuinely interested in finding an apartment that suited my needs. I was shown a one bedroom apartment. They talked about the pricing structure in a positive manner.

The property was designed in a way where each patio area did seem private. I may or may not recommend to others.

I did not feel valued as a potential tenant. She did show the model. However, it was a bland tour because she did not show any amenities outside of the apartment.

Usually quiet, but just got new "partiers" moving in. Don't like people w/dogs off leash and that don't pick up trash. Also don't like having to pay water now when I see a sprinkler system being installed!
