I have had several problems over the last few months and the staff here are very slow to solve any of them. My AC went out in August and it took 2 weeks to get it fixed even after calling them every day. Sink was leaking into the apartments below, they removed my sink and wouldn't replace it until I went up there and rattled a few people's cages. It took them three weeks. Washer and dryer broke, same situation, it took them a month to fix it.
