The people are wonderful. Everybody I’ve met here has been nice. The staff is great. The maintenance man has gone above and beyond for me and is great to talk to. I like the price. My only complaints are that I can’t get the cigarette smell out of my walls from the prior owner and that I keep getting his mail and mail intended for my neighbors despite putting a sign on my mailbox saying he no longer lives here.

I would recommend it! You NEVER find solid older buildings like this! Its quiet....(minus a couple of unruly residents) Its well maintained, and we are always informed of things being done. The little holiday treats left on our doors is always a nice thing to see. I like it here!

I wish there was package acceptance instead of stuff being left in the vestibule and hopefully brought in. Parking is difficult, cars park too close together and cause door scratches and dents.
