Figure out how to allow us to easily operate the televisions in the public spaces. Either change the channels or log into our personal Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts. This has been raised several times with management.

Noise volume is incredibly too high. Both same floor neighbors and upstairs/downstairs neighbors can be heard during the day and evening. There is a dog that barks constantly throughout the entire day and evening and nothing has been done about it. The neighbor next door floor plan has the kitchen directly adjacent to the bedroom wall causing much noise during evening hours when Iâm trying to sleep. The quiet hours are not respected at all.

Elevator wait times can be excessive especially when only one elevator is operational.
