I've lived at this apartment complex for the past 5 years. Really didn't intend to but life experience keeps me at this location for now. When you first approach the complex it looks sooooo appealing, tree filled, tennis courts, pool, nice looking apartments. It's when you have issues, you find that it's not cracked up to what you think. The maintenance department takes shorts cuts when you have a problem. You usually have to call them 2 or three times and half don't know what the heck there doing. Unless very necessary, I try to take care of troubles myself. We just changed management companies. We'll see what happens, I have 8 months left. One more thing, if you decide to move in, do it in the summer months. Make sure everything is what it should be before you give ANY money!!!!!!
