Very friendly office staff and great neighbors. Originally I was worried about the area because I’m not from this state and just moved here. Everyone has been so incredibly nice and understanding. Great place to live!

I like the area where I live and feel safe. It's quite and well keep. Near to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Rent is going up fast and a lot! Only problem rent is horrible

I'm not sure the price is really worth it, but it is a central location. I would like to be able to switch apartments without having to pay an additional security fee.

It’s a great place to live and is in a very convenient location.

Paying ALOT of money a month for rent for just a one bedroom apartment with no pool or exercise room. Rent goes up every year. Maintenance comes into your apartment with out me being there and I told the office three times some one must be in the unit when maintenance comes in.

Location is great but the rent is high.

Limited parking and lack of enforcement.

I would recommend this place for its safety and relaxed atmosphere... great view of the woods behind and great location

It is a small community. Most people are respectful, say "Hello" and exchange pleasantries. If someone needs help, we try to do what we can to help one another. It's in a great location.

Location, friendliness, staff willingness to help are positives
