Friedman needs to invest in there tenants and units for the high rents that are not worth anything near. Trash all over grounds never gets cleaned up. Weeks months later still same things.

The cost of rental is not matched by appearance of property and lack of amenities. I have to look at junk left out side my apartment from other apartments. It looks trashy. The interior of my apartment is comfortable. But if I found an appointment for less monthly,I would move.

Everything is really cheap and breaks easily. Our shower leaks to the second floor if we shower too long or too often which is hard considering I have 3 babies. Just overall it’s super cheap and not durable for the amount it is to live here
