Rivers Pointe vs. Timberbanks (Rivers Pointe Apartments are Very Very nice looking apartments.Whats nice is that the management allows several families in one apartment.Not a bad gig 7 people in a 3 bedroom.Whats even nicer is when you live above them you can clearly hear them below and it's wonderful that they decided lead you to thinking you would only hear normal apartment noise.Well I lived in Timberbanks and moved because of the thin floors and walls.I will tell you Rivers Pointe might as well have used cardboard for the walls and floors.I can hear the tenants below talk ghetto talk,belch,and many other disgusting things. Going back to Timberbanks where they at least have sheetrock for walls.
