They raised my rent 10% last year and were going to raise it another 11% this year but I declined a renewal. Now my exact unit is listed on their website as renting for $115 less than they offered me in the renewal to stay. So basically a new tenant gets new carpet, new paint and $115 rent break and I get to move after living here for 8.5 years. Glad to see they value their current tenants.
