Appearance is great BUT the structure is not sound. You hear your neighbors above. There is not enough sound proofing between floors. You hear people walking halls. The structure shakes if someone is exercising (jumping about) and if someone is above you you can hear them stomping across the floor or their dogs galloping. Tenants next to you, you can hear them closing doors and drawers...NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
