- The leasing office manager is not helpful at all, and she is dealing with some people better than others.
- The building very old and I noticed a lot of cracks.
- The building suffers from their old elevators, they try make them work but still not working properly.
- The gym is very very small compared to the other buildings arround and to the money that we pay.
- The building parking is too expensive and sometimes you cannot find a parking spot due to valet parking that some hotels uses.
- There was a mosque in the building but the leasing office manager decided to close it because she want to do a place that everybody can use, it has been more than 4 months and the mosque still closed as it is.
- The only best thing in this building is James in the Copper moon cafe

This building does not worth the kind of moeny they ask for because there is nothing special about it.
