Although I am thankful for a place to live. The staff are rude and unprofessional.  The mailbox in obe of its buildings was taken out since November a new one installed on the outside only to realize you can only get you mail off the floor in the office Monday through Friday...no good reasons why old mailbox was remoced without proper planning. Since week 3 of January tenants are still unable to get access to their mailbox so if you expect you paychecks or bills you are doomed and they sit on their high chair  and do not care about others. I just ridiculous
