Not the greatest place to bring kids. These buildings are pretty much on top of each other and the space between your back door and the pond or surrounding houses is about 20 feet. Very little green space for kids or pets to play. In the center of the complex is a huge Scientology nursing home. Not sure what the developer was thinking on this project. Apartments themselves are nice but unless you plan to stay inside 24/7 you can get better for your money.
