OVERPRICED!!!!!!

The management staff is terrible, they do nice things like throw parties and call u when u have a package, but they mess with your money...bad. The view is great but the building is old and worn down. All the Windows in every apartment leak when it rains, mildew grows all over the bathrooms (but they ignore complaints), the insects get insane in the summer, and the staff is real corporate... like, it doesn't feel personal...it's always about whether they can make money on u. After ur first year, when u try to re-sign, they bully you until u sign for a higher rent payment, and won't negotiate. Then they won't let you out of your lease for any reasonou, not even for a fee or give up deposit, they just straight up say NO.

So please...don't move into this awful place, it will be the best decision you didn't make.

I very much so regret my decision to live here.
