I agree with previous reviews. This Retreat is a wanna be. Do not make the same mistake. Bad management =Bad living conditions.

These people are inconpetent, and might be able to serve society better as burger flippers! I have to many compliants/reasons for never living here again. Please rent here at your own risk, but let it be known you were warned.

Bugs, little to no sound barrier between floors and walls. Poor construction, cannot open windows if you want to ever close them again, doors stick, flooding garages that cost you $75 a month, storage rooms that the mice and bugs love, broken exercise equipment for months now and the staff has yet to figure out how to use the cable and music controls so the screens in the clubhouse and exercise rooms have also been blank since the new owner took over months ago. The problems just out weight the pretty looks.
Then there is the pets, or I should say pet owners, who let their dogs defecate all over the complex and hike their legs on the ground level porches, it smells like a sewer....no security, street lights are constantly knocked out around complex and they never did install security fencing originally promised by the first owners.
Last the non-smoking joke status, you sign an addendum that says you cannot smoke anywhere on the grounds...yeah, right.
You can and should do better for the $$$$+ a month these cost, I am just trying to warn people, these are pretty places but you will not be getting the upscale community experience they claim makes their price a deal....

I have rented for many years and this is the absolute worst management I have ever dealt with. They are very unprofessional and do not seem to care at all about their tenants. We have a terrible bug problem and they have done nothing to fix it. It has been over a week. The apartments seem nice on the outside but they are poorly constructed and with the terrible management that fixes nothing, we are at a complete loss. Word of advice, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
