Reviews

Not new, but definitely solid and great

The buildings are not new, but they are well maintained. This means that some of them don't keep sound out like you might hope. So, if you end up with bad neighbors, it can be torture. However, the office and maintenance staff are responsive, the community is clean and they have one of the few indoor pools in town. With the fireplaces and vaulted ceilings (upstairs units), this can be a really great place to live.

I earn extra money as a mystery shopper for other apartment communities and EVERYONE is charging more money for few amenities.
