Unreasonably Expensive parking , outside of the apartment building feels dangerous and always smells like urine because residents let their animals urinate directly outside of the door.

I would not recommend this apartment strictly for the location and price. The cost of rent is outrageously high, and on top of that you are also paying for electrical, SWG, Wifi, and parking separately. The Amara does not offer anything special that justifies the cost. The one thing I do love about The Amara is the maintenance staff— they are incredibly nice and efficient. I appreciate their swiftness when completing requests, and the friendly small talk.

Roof top deck should be accessible 24 hours
