It smells bad.

Firstly I’ll say that my apartment and the halls constantly smell like marijuana smoke even though I don’t smoke at all, I still am forced to smell the overwhelming stench as of I did. Even when the overwhelming smell isn’t in the halls or made its way into my apartment, residents like to used the stoop right in front of my windows (the front of the building) for their own personnel smoking porch. I’ve reached out to management about the matter and was told it’s not on denizen property and they can’t do anything about it.

Security of the building isn’t what it should be. Cameras, locked doors and a more proactive approach are needed. I would be glad to give more input on this subject if you need more specific information

would for the quality of the apartment, wouldn't for some of the amenities and features that remain broken

The walls are as thin as I can literally follow the conversations of my Neighbour’s . It’s annoying all

The apartment was excellent when I first moved in. However, it has taken quite a term with the vandalism, break ins, and maintenance of community spaces.

The common areas are dirty and carpets are already stained. Elevators are smelly and the lobby looks like a mailroom.

I like the building but not the area, and would not recommend the apartment area at this time.

I would tell them it’s over priced. I like the location and the look of the building. It’s not safe to leave your car parked here overnight. Security is pretty much non existent.

The building has poor ventilation. We can smell anytime someone cooks something odorous in their apartment, and when neighbors are smoking weed. Anytime someone uses the grills it also routes into the apartment. Additionally the building isn't very clean. There is dust and dirt build up, the roof pillows etc are moldy. The outside area has little trees with dirt around them that are utilized for dog waste. It has no mulch,no gravel etc. Owners don't clean up. If they put turf or gravel down it would cut down on some mess.

The no spare key policy is ridiculous and a major problem

I would recommend this apartment community because it feels safe, the staff is friendly and knows us by name and that makes me feel really cared for as a tenant!
