Even before we signed the lease, we've had problems with the property manager. She avoids residents, does not keep to her word, and has among the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. If something goes wrong (which is probably her fault, as she is not organized or on top of her job), she is the last person to take responsibility. The apartment complex is great, but it is not great enough to deal with the constant problems she generates. Honestly, we cannot wait until the lease is up. Riverstone: please do yourself a favor and find a new property manager.
