No. Your rent increases have pushed the costs way above the value of property leased. With unjustified high annual increases I would not recommend his property. The rent is nearly equal to a mortgage payment.

I didn't like that the utilities company changed and though we were informed that the management would be changing, we weren't informed in advance of the change in the utilities company. The new company, Conservice is quite a bit more expensive than our old process and their service isn't very good.

We love the location here as well! It is so easy to hop on Hwy 26 and head Downtown or to the Oregon Coast! The central location is fantastic! And... what a bonus to walk to Market of Choice to shop!

The online technology for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests is not acceptable in the 21st century. I like many others don't use personal checks anymore--we pay for everything online. I believe the SoFi Timberridge site is down again.

Lack of ownership and response when dealing with the only complaint I've submitted in my 3 years at this complex. Last year's lease renewal was time consuming, filled with problems (wrong paper work, incorrect charges, and unorganized), management didn't seem to care that we were renewing, and treated us sub par. If we were new renters to the complex I believe we would of been treated better. In addition after the transfer of Management I was charged a late fee even though I've always paid rent on the same date. I submitted a request for a good will refund via the new web portal due never having missed a payment or being late. Never heard back from anyone regarding a refund.

Except for the high rent and yearly increases in rent
I appreciate your honest feedback! Unfortunately there was an increase in water rates from the water company in November which has reflected poorly on the new utility service. I am happy to go over the new utility billing and rates at your convenience! Stop by the office or give me a call!
