I've lived at Tempo for around 9 months. Had a great manager when we got here. Sydney would get things fixed pretty quickly and was so sincere about our issues with upper management. She was willing to do anything for good customer service. She recently resigned and I am in fear of what this place may become. They are a big, scary management company that is all about not getting sued but that's not the worst of it. We've had constant leaks since day one with no reimbursement. They run the maintenance guys like dogs. The floors feel like they could break through any second. Subflooring is very loud and annoying for top and bottom neighbors. Stay away from any Dalton properties.
