Everything was fine until a year ago when upstairs neighbors moved in who played music all night loudly above the bedroom and during the day the TV was loud enough I can tell what they are watching. Management was very ineffectual in enforcing the lease requirements for noise level with these tenants. He was then also very rude at my continued requests to enforce it. He was also exceedingly rude during the move out process.
