The location is very convenient and the rent is reasonably priced. I have searched for an apartment for quite some time now and The Park had the best rates and the apartments are nice and clean. The staff is knowledgable and helpful.

Good price for what is offered. Community due for upgrades.

The community competes with others close by. It offers value for the lease prices asked. The landscaping and other amenities were well maintained. The leasing staff were helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would live there.
