I felt that this was a good experience. All the employees I engaged with were friendly and professional, and the community looked like it was taken care of.

The floorplan was unique, and it was more like a real home. The sales presentation seemed rushed, and the location of the community was convenient to stores and restaurants.

The property was amazing. It was very clean and the pool located off the clubhouse would make entertaining easy. The grounds were clean and the buildings were painted nicely. The lawn was manicured and the property amenities were impressive. The fitness center was not stocked with outdated equipment, and the convenience of a washer/dryer connection in every apartment makes life easy.

The agent was able to describe the apartment in a way that I was able to visualize the interior well. She was very thorough in her presentation and explanation of the rental policies. She was wonderful to talk to and was an asset to the community

Based on the fact that this is an income based community, I felt that it had basically what would be needed. It was a clean and well kept property. The apartment was basic but a decent value for the money.

She was personable, and politely answered all of my questions. She made no real push to get me to commit, but left the door open for another visit with my wife.
