Flintlake was a nice place place to live until thy started to raise the rent EVERY MONTH. they say it is "market rate"........... what , only for the wealthy? construction is very poor, appliances are old and dented. Lawn is weeds and parking lot is full of potholes for months now. Upper management says we are going to fix all this.......let see....its been 4 months now and they blame the old management....what a bunch of morons.
