These apartment "townhomes" are nice. Having the bedrooms upstairs makes the place seem so much bigger than an apartment of equal monthly rent. There is also some backyard space with a small deck.
Their age is about 22 years so some fixtures may be dated but it appears they are working on that as people move out. There is no swimming pool or fitness room which may be why the rent is fairly low.. Also, there is virtually no extra parking other than possibly two spaces in front of each unit, so if you often want to invite lots of people over, you may want to pass on these apartments. Otherwise, the place is pretty quiet and in a decent location.
