We went month to month after living there a year. They had stated that the rent would only go up 10%, which was agreeable. We didn't sign anything and they tried to jack up the rates by adding in extra fees. I called 3 times and left messages they refuse to call people back for anything. They got a new male manager in May and he is pretty rude. Expect monthly checks where they do nothing at all except look around your house.
