If you are all about how a place looks go for RaPM.....staff is friendly, grounds are lovely, apartments are good looking........If you thoroughly enjoy listening to every step/stomp your neighbors make, doors slamming constantly, dogs barking,this is the place. For the price you will pay (you pay ALL utilities and are responsible for professional carpet cleaning when you leave).....one would think some sort of sound proofing would have been part of the construction.
