We stayed at the Farms at Cool Springs for 2 and a half years. The staff was always helpful. Anytime we even had the slightest issue, the crew would come and straighten it out. The staff was all very friendly and Skip (the manager) was incredibly friendly. He made our move out very easy (we broke our lease to buy a house) and actually did a few things to help lower our costs upon leaving. Very pleased.
