The community looked run down and in need of an upgrade. It was ordinary with acceptable upkeep. The staff was robotic and did not sell the community. The presentation was fair and the community did not seem to be a great value. This would be a temporary option for my and I would not recommend this community to others.

I was turned off by the presentation of the community and do not fee that there was any effort put forth to sell the property. I would not recommend this location to others due to the poor customer service.

I felt that this community had very good potential. The leasing office should convey a more inviting feel. I felt that it was very disorganized and in disarray. The staff didn't convey professionalism in their demonstration. Overall, I felt that with a small amount of attention to these areas, customers would have a better experience when visiting this community.
