Apartment is very very loud and not a lot of sound proofing.
And the cleaning of the halls etc unless you live in the main building is less than desirable!

It’s too expensive, half the time you don’t feel safe. There aren’t cameras outside the doors, the garage gates regularly break, and it seems as though the complex only does what is best for the complex. Not the residents. Let’s not forget to mention how poor the dog park is, where they spent a large amount of money to put in “agility courses” that have already broken...instead of placing weather resistant turn and shade structures.

Responsive staff

The only feedback will be unruly neighbors who doesn't understand community living. There are many sleepless nights since moving here due to the craziness of neighbors upstairs. Building and apartment itself is great but hard to recommend when i can even get a good nught sleep in my own apartment.

Octave overall is a great place to live. I think it is fairly priced, a good location, and attentive to renter needs.

The location is convenient and the staff is friendly. There is a lot of construction around the property now and the noise level is inconvenient while working from home.

I’ve had a very positive experience living here. My only negative is the higher rent than some I’ve found

I always tell anyone that it is a very nice well maintained set of apartment but rent is expensive.

Despite the hallways etc I have recommended this to a friend due to the location.

The apartment common areas are filthy and are rarely cleaned. Despite numerous communications, people still put trash bags in the hallways directly on the carpet. This causes stains and the smells are awful. Not sure why more direct action (i.e. fines, etc.) haven’t been taken. The garage doors break constantly, which is really inconvenient and borders on the ridiculous that proper equipment hasn’t been installed that doesn’t break so frequently. The appliances in the apartments are cheap and do not work very well. Notably the dryer and dishwasher... very poor quality.

Maintenance requests being quickly handled, and office personnel being phenomenal and always helpful.

Price

Pool gets loud during the day and occasional weekend nights.

The location and amenities are great for the value. Lots of fun things to do close by and fun if you’re a young professional.
