You can hear the neighbors, upstairs and on the sides, walking, talking, dogs, peeing in the bathroom, taking a shower. It feels like your living with someone else. Especially if they have a washer. ITS SO LOUD, they didnt insulate well between apts.. If your going to rent here, dont get a building that has washer dryer hook ups. They dont care if your neighbor is using the machines at 1AM in the morning.
