The elevators do not work and I am being charged way too much for my rent. Also, people are horrible in the parking garage, and the office has done nothing to address people who are double parking and taking up two spots, and the garage gate has been broken since December 2021.

Overpaying for a space I love but larger apartments on my floor are the same price. The turnover from staff went through a moment of being very high, hoping that will stay flat. The drama around the leasing manager was something widely talked about among the community. Some of the front desk agents seem like they either hate their job or don’t care about their job much at all (not all of them, some are excellent but a few are replaceable). Service tickets are completed in a timely manner for my apartment but it feels like other things on property take forever to get fixed (garage door, garage license plate reader, the pool chairs were broken all summer and got replaced once the weather turned-this one was infuriating, etc).
I love this community and my home but there is definitely room for improvement.

I would recommend the building for its units and amenities; I would NOT recommend the building because of the lackluster leasing office who doesn't care about current residents in any way.

1. The elevators and halls are always SO DIRTY. For the price we pay to live here, those should be spotless.

Iâve referred 4 people here and honestly probably wonât anymore. If you want a nice pool with amenities Iâd probably look elsewhere because you canât have more than 1 guest over. All other amenities you can find elsewhere anyway.
Everything about this place has been a wonderful experience but for us to pay a premium to live in a place like this and not be able to use the pool how it used to be is simply a waste of money. People could go to 1200 broadway or 5th and Broadway and have a much better social experience.

The Morris is an awesome place to live, unfortunately my neighbors all have extremely loud dogs that constantly barking day and night.

The only reasons I would not recommend the building is due to the construction/noise surrounding the building. The apartment itself is great. My only critique is now that Nashville is open post-Covid, I think the residents only policy in amenity spaces should be lifted.
