Moved in with a roommate 6 months ago..pros...excellent location for sports- lake across street and walking trails along river. Price is average for area and size. Good layout on 2 bedroom..two baths and great kitchen..washer and dryer included. Cons...about 1 mile to Oak Ridge shopping, but Turkey Creek and West Knox only 15 min away. Traffic on main road is busy sometimes. Other than that I like it here and would choose these again.
