I have done a lot of shops and this tour was by far was the best tour I have ever been on. My expectations were exceeded beyond belief after my tour with the 704's leasing consultant. I had so much fun.

There is alarm that sounds in the hallways most night, a constant reptative beeping that can be difficult to sleep through sometimes. Also, the trash seems to pile up in the designated trash rooms.

This community was very unique due to the amenities it offers along with the attached shopping center. The apartments were fabulous and a great deal for near downtown living. The office staff was very professional.

I would recommend with the disclaimer that their cars would inevitably be damaged. We tell prospective tenants that as they ask us in the property.

Rules donât seem to apply to all! And lack of enforcement! Parking control is still a joke as is reserved space placement etc

Love the security although I would love if there were code boxes so we could let guests in without walking all the way to an entrance. I hate the parking situation, as described above.

We walked a long way to see an apartment and to the second building. The amenities looked worn and not inviting. The dumpsters at the entrance were off-putting.

I love living at The 704! The management is friendly and so accommodating - and very communicative to residents. The maintenance team is also a huge part of why I love The 704 - every maintenance request I've submitted for 3 years has been addressed quickly, by a friendly team. Such a great apartment community.
