I really like the Algarita. For a middle age person in transition, it fits the bill. The neighbors are awesome, the neighborhood incredible. Living with a view of the oasis like pool is a little piece of paradise.

Constant changes to extra fees on top of rent. Overpriced conserves. Lack of communication on all changes when lease was extended both times.

The lack of a dedicated maintenance staff and the lack of daily, or at least, semi-weekly, grounds keeping.

I am not likely to recommend Algarita mainly for the management services. Other than that the premises are just not well kept up with and seem a little sketchy/ dangerous in places.

The buildings and quality of remodels are rubbish and even certain areas with gaps were stuffed with paper towels instead of filling in the holes.

Location location location! But that's it. Other then that, Algarita actually has nothing to offer.

I would say the price for rent may deter me from recommending. I don't think the units themselves are worth the rent we pay but I understand location is a huge factor.

The apartment is a good experience. My Dad and Mom loved it. This is a nice facility.
