These apartments recently had new management take over. They are redoing vacant apartments but are failing to take care of residence still in the comPlex. We have spoken to a head manager at Roscoe properties who said he would take care of anything we needed and we are still waiting. The apartment complex manager has all but said that they are expecting a certain clientele (rich with Prestine credit) to move in and they are forcing anyone else out. Do not move here!!
