The leasing agent was not engaged in conversation with me and I was not shown any amenities.

The staff seem really personable at times, I know it can be stressful when a group of families is in the office, but they still take the time to acknowledge you. The grounds are fare and well maintained from what I can tell but some residents have a tendency to camp in the parking lot filling up the spots. Overall it's pretty quiet, at times, but living in a community there will be noise and random commotion. The only real problem I have is with the traffic, pot holes, and distance from my apartment to the mail box.
