I would recommend the apartments were they in another neighborhood. Due to surrounding neighborhood i wouldn't recommend the complex to anyone starting a family or female friends living by themselves.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey. I really appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. Based on your scores it seems there are definite areas you feel need improvement. The pool has been closed as a result of a permitting issue with The City as a result of our owner change. The inspection is scheduled for tomorrow, now that the required work on the deck has been completed and we expect to pass with flying colors. Clean the pool again it used to be clean with the other guys but the new guys don't cleaned it's been more than a year since the last time i used the pool and it's because water it's always dirty
