The community was nice and the finishes were quality. I did not think that the presentation I received really sold all of the value of the community or the apartment. The amenities were nice and well cared for.

The agent is kind and engaging. The community and floor plans are nice, but seemed very basic for the price. The amenities are beautiful and well kept, but nothing that struck me as over the top or exceptional. However, for someone wanting to live in the location, and that type of community, it was well presented and appealing.

Everything was great. The bedroom I viewed was a little small compared to what I am used to, but there was much outdoor space to make up for that. I could definitely see myself living there.

We loved the apartment when we moved in. Location is great, as is the staff. Unfortunately the person above us moved out and the new tenant walks EXTREMELY heavy, and seems to jump or drop things that make fixtures in our apartment rattle multiple times a day, and we can also hear their conversations. This has shown us the construction NOT very soundproof and creates an uninviting/stressful environment. Tenant also wakes up at 4am on weekdays and comes home at 2:30am weekends, and the loud footsteps/rattling/talking wake us up every time. I would only recommend this apartment to a very sound sleeper or to someone who is able to rent a top floor unit.

Recommend because of the friendly staff and convenient apartment. The minus is more the public space either because of maintenance (grills not always working, tons of mosquitoes around the pool) or neighbors behavior (loud and late get togethers in the pool area, or dirty hallways).

The community offered upscale living at a very reasonable price that included all of the amenities most residents would be looking for in their homes.
