All of these grades on this particular scale are based on my on-site visit, not based on the phone presentation. The onsite visit was very good. I would definitely lease here based on his efforts. The community was gorgeous and well taken care off. The style of the community is elegant and warm.

I did not feel welcomed or that I was an important client looking for an apartment. I felt as though because of their location, the staff did not feel the need to work hard to sell their community. The community could go a lot further if they had agents that cared more about learning what their clients want, and really selling it to them.

This community is a luxury mid-rise located in the heart of downtown.

The location was good. The leasing agent was good too. I would have leased from her.
