Great Pool
The complex is marketed as a higher quality apartment - although the features are not really indicative of the luxury category (cabinets and carpet). At least my apartment had a few years wear and tear. I did really enjoy the pool which is nestled in the trees and feels private. And, being in Austin I swam all year long - although the native Texans seemed to steer clear during the colder season. The complex has a good exercise room, with a steam room and a hot tub (which were both under repair for a few months, unfortunately).
One problem is parking. I suspect many of the tenants have chosen not to pay extra for garage parking so everyone is fighting for the few spots that aren't designated for disabilities.
I did like the staff at the main desk - and one in particular was extremely helpful and always cheerful.
I think they are overpriced for the Austin market - but I chose this site because of the pool (which I used frequently) and, it is was close to work.
