Found a live rat in the toilet of my apartment. Seven has been open for just a few months and I live on the penthouse floor, but they didn't think of that as strange enough to find a manager to immediately address the issue.

Was not something I was expecting when I moved in here and it's upsetting that a fairly huge live rat in a residence's toilet doesn't ring more bells. Maybe they've had rats in other units as well and tried to keep it quiet? No thorough check if other rats were in my room or floor as well.

Good location but horrible management.
